We served our holiday turkey on a Sunflower Yellow Fiesta Extra Large Oval Platter. (See photo) It's over a foot and a half long with special structural support on the underside for large, heavy cuts of meat or a big holiday turkey.
You could also use this to serve a whole salmon, large brisket or large beef tenderloin.
